AN ACT
To amend Section 11 of Act No. 206 of August 28, 2003, as amended, known as the "Act to Designate the Ecological Corridor of San Juan," in order to delegate upon the Department of Natural Resources the responsibility of providing materials, equipment, and office space to the Special Committee for the performance of its duties.
STATEMENT OF MOTIVES

The purpose of this Act is to clarify the parameters of Act No 206, supra, and assure the Special Committee that it has the resources to carry out the work which was entrusted to it, since a provision to provide for this matter was omitted from the enabling statute.
