Resumen
Esta ley requiere que todas las entidades gubernamentales que presenten informes periódicos a la Legislatura incluyan un resumen de los asuntos del informe anterior, un resumen de las recomendaciones previas y una descripción de las acciones tomadas o no tomadas con respecto a dichas recomendaciones.

AN ACT
To require from all government entities that must render periodic reports to the Legislature to include a summary of the matters indicated in the preceding report, a summary of recommendations made previously, and a description of every action taken or not taken regarding said recommendations at the end of said reports.
STATEMENT OF MOTIVES
Periodic reports rendered by government entities to the Legislature must serve for same to evaluate, not only the operations of the agency at a any given time, but also to appraise those actions and recommendations that have been made in the past, in order to address all matters under its care.
This measure shall require from all government entities the rendering of periodic reports to the Legislature that include, at the conclusion of same, a summary of all the matters indicated in the preceding report, a summary of the recommendations made previously, and a description of every action taken or not taken regarding said recommendations. This shall enable the Legislature to reassess their effectiveness or the need to implement said recommendations from time to time with more efficiency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO:
Section 1.- All government entities that must render periodic reports to the Legislature shall hereby include, at the conclusion of same, a summary of all the matters indicated in the preceding report, a summary of the recommendations made previously, and a description of every action taken or not taken regarding said recommendations.
Section 2.- This Act shall take effect immediately after its approval.

I hereby certify to the Secretary of State that the following Act No. 84 (H.B. 2398) of the $5^{ ext {th }}$ Session of the $14^{ ext {th }}$ Legislature of Puerto Rico:
AN ACT to require from all government entities that must render periodic reports to the Legislature to include a summary of the matters indicated in the preceding report, a summary of recommendations made previously, and a description of every action taken or not taken regarding said recommendations at the end of said reports, has been translated from Spanish to English and that the English version is correct.
