Esta ley enmienda el Artículo 2 de la Ley Núm. 86 de 3 de junio de 1980 para fijar la compensación anual del Director Administrativo del Registro de la Propiedad y de los Registradores de la Propiedad, estableciendo sus sueldos a partir del 1 de octubre de 1986.

Para enmendar el Artículo 2 de la Ley Núm. 86 de 3 de junio de 1980, enmendada, a los efectos de fijar la compensación anual del Director Administrativo del Registro de la Propiedad y de los Registradores de la Propiedad.
Decrétase por la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico:
Sección 1.- Se enmienda el Artículo 2 de la Ley Núm. 86 de 3 de junio de 1980, enmendada, para que se lea como sigue: "Artículo 2.- A partir del primero de octubre de 1986, el sueldo anual del Director Administrativo del Registro de la Propiedad será de $44,000.
Los sueldos de los Registradores de la Propiedad se establecen a partir del primero de octubre de 1986 en $42,500 anuales cada uno." Sección 2.- Esta Ley entrará en vigor el 1ro. de octubre de 1986.

AN ACT
To amend Section 2 of Act No. 86 of June 3, 1980, amended, to fix the annual salary of the Administrative Director of the Property Registry, and of the Property Registrars.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO: Section 1.- Section 2 of Act No. 86 of June 3, 1980, amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2.- The annual salary of the Administrative Director of the Property Registry shall be $44,000, from and after October 1, 1986.
The salaries of each of the Property Registrars shall be $42,500 a year, from and after October 1, 1986."
Section 2.- This Act shall take effect October 1, 1986.
