Ley 94 del 1983
Resumen
Esta ley designa la Escuela Elemental Las Virtudes de Río Piedras con el nombre de Adolfo Dones Rosario. La medida busca honrar la memoria del fenecido Representante a la Cámara por su incansable labor en el servicio público, su compromiso con el bienestar de la juventud y la excelencia de la educación pública. El Departamento de Educación es responsable de implementar las disposiciones de esta ley.

EXPOSICION DE MOTIVOS
El súbito deceso del Representante a la Cámara Adolfo Dones Rosario ha causado una profunda pena entre todos aquellos que le conocieron y constituye una irreparable pérdida no solo para la Asamblea Legislativa sino para todo el quehacer público.
Este compañero legislador fue un hombre de carácter jovial, de profundas convicciones morales, trabajador incansable en constante lucha por el bienestar de sus representados y dedicado enteramente al servicio público. La experiencia acumulada durante todos los años en que sirvió como legislador estuvo siempre puesta al servicio de sus correligionarios y adversarios en la contienda política para facilitar el descargo de las múltiples tareas y responsabilidades legislativas.
Como hombre de familia y ciudadano preocupado por la juventud supo compartir sus deberes y afectos de padre y esposo con el noble ejercicio de su profesión de abogado la cual estuvo siempre al servicio de aquellos que necesitaban su ayuda y asesoramiento y con su participación activa en los deportes.
La labor incansable que desplegó Don Adolfo Dones Rosario en favor del Distrito que representó fue particularmente fructífera por la forma consecuente en que observaba y pulsaba las preocupaciones y problemas del sector. Fue ciertamente la vida de este dedicado servidor público un ejemplarizante modelo para niños y jóvenes.
Es procedente, por tanto, que se designe con el nombre de Adolfo Dones Rosario la Escuela Elemental Las Virtudes de Río Piedras la cual está situada en el Distrito Representativo que tan dignamente sirvió. De esta forma se rinde merecido tributo a su memoria y se consigha a perpetuidad la gratitud de nuestro pueblo por la particular preocupación que sintió por el bienestar de los jóvenes y por la excelencia de la educación pública.
Decrétase por la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico:
Artículo 1.- Se designa la Escuela Elemental Las Virtudes de Rio Piedras con el nombre de Adolfo Dones Rosario.
Artículo 2.- El Departamento de Instrucción Pública tomará las medidas que sean necesarias para llevar a cabo los propósitos de esta ley.
Artículo 3.- Esta Ley comenzará a regir inmediatamente después de su aprobación.

B. 1007) of the 3rd Session of the 9th Legislature of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, entitled:
AN ACT to designate Las Virtudes Elementary School of Rio Piedras with the name of Adolfo Dones Rosario, and finds the same are complete, true and correct versions of each other.

STATEMENT OF MOTIVES
The sudden death of Representative to the House, Adolfo Dones Rosario, has caused a deep sorrow among all those persons who knew him, and is an irreparable loss, not only to the Legislature, but to the entire public sector.
This fellow legislator was a man of jovial nature, of profound moral convictions, a tireless worker who constantly struggled for the welfare of the people he represented, and who was totally dedicated to the public service. The experience he accrued during all the years he served as a legislator was always available to his fellow legislators and his adversaries in the political arena to expedite the discharge of their many legislative tasks and responsibilities.
As a family man and a citizen concerned about our youth, he was able to share his obligations and affections as a father and husband with the noble exercise of his profession as a lawyer, which was always available to those who needed
his help and advice, and through his active participation in sports.
Don Adolfo Dones Rosario's untiring labor in favor of the District he represented was especially fruitful, because of the responsible manner that he studied and examined that sector's concerns and problems. The life of this dedicated public servant was truly an example and a model for children and youths alike.
Therefore, we consider it proper to designate the Las Virtudes Elementary School of Río Piedras, located in the Representative District which he served with such dignity, with the name of Adolfo Dones Rosario. In this manner we render a well-deserved tribute to his memory, and the gratitude of our people for the special concern he felt for the welfare of our youth and for the excellence of public education, will be consigned in perpetuity.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO: Section 1.- Las Virtudes Elementary School of Río Piedras is hereby designated with the name of Adolfo Dones Rosario.
Section 2.- The Department of Education shall take the necessary steps to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3.- This Act shall take effect immediately after its approval.
