Resumen
Esta ley enmienda la Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico para aumentar los derechos a pagar por la inscripción de traspaso de propiedad de vehículos de motor, el examen o re-examen para licencias de aprendizaje, y la renovación de licencias de conducir vehículos de motor.

Para enmendar los Apartados 24, 31, 32 y 33 de la Sección 15-102 de la Ley Núm. 141, aprobada en 20 de julio de 1960, según enmendada, Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico, a los fines de aumentar los derechos que se pagarán por concepto de la inscripción de traspaso de propiedad de un vehículo de motor, por el examen o re-examen para licencia de aprendizaje y por la renovación de la licencia para manejar vehículos de motor.
Decrétase por la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico:
Artículo 1.- Se enmiendan los Apartados 24, 31, 32 y 33 de la Sección 15-102 de la Ley Núm. 141, aprobada en 20 de julio de 1960, según enmendada, para que se lean como sigue: "Sección 15-102.-Derechos a Pagar- Los derechos que se pagarán son los siguientes: 1. 24. Por inscripción de traspaso de propiedad de un vehículo de motor 31. Por derecho a sufrir examen o re-examen para licencia de aprendizaje. 10.00 32. Por renovación de licencia para manejar vehículos de motor después de los 90 días de su vencimiento 20.00 33. Por renovación de licencia para manejar ve. hículos de motor dentro del término de 90 días a contar de la fecha de vencimiento . . . . 10.00"
Artículo 2.- Esta Ley comenzará a regir a los 30 días después de su aprobación.

AN ACT
To amend Paragraphs 24, 31, 32, and 33 of Section 15-102 of Act No. 141, approved July 20, 1960, as amended, the Vehicle and Traffic Law of Puerto Rico, in order to increase the fees to be paid for registering the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle, for the right to take the examination or reexamination for a learner's permit, and for the renewal of a motor vehicle driver's license.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO: Section 1.-Paragraphs 24, 31, 32, and 33 of Section 15-102 of Act No. 141, approved July 20, 1960, as amended, are hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 15-102.-Fees to be Paid- The fees that shall be paid are the following: 1. 24. For registering the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. . . . . . . . $10.00 31. For the right to take the examination or reexamination for a learner's permit . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00
- For renewal of a motor vehicle driver's license 90 days after its expiration . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20.00
- For renewal of a motor vehicle driver's license within the ninetyday term, counting from the date of its expiration . . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00"
Section 2.- This Act shall take effect 30 days after its approval.
