Resumen
Esta ley enmienda el Artículo 75 de la Ley de Bebidas de Puerto Rico para requerir a los traficantes al detalle de bebidas alcohólicas que presenten al Secretario de Hacienda evidencia del pago de la patente municipal, conforme a la Ley de Patentes Municipales, como requisito para la expedición de su licencia anual.

Para enmendar el Artículo 75 de la Ley Núm. 143, aprobada el 30 de junio de 1969, según enmendada, conocida como "Ley de Bebidas de Puerto Rico", a los fines de requerir a todo traficante al detalle en bebidas alcohólicas que muestre al Secretario de Hacienda evidencia de haber satisfecho el pago de la patente municipal requeridale por la Ley Núm. 113, aprobada el 10 de julio de 1974, según enmendada, Ley de Patentes Municipales.
Decrétase por la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico:
Sección 1.- Se enmienda el Artículo 75 de la Ley Núm. 143, aprobada el 30 de junio de 1969, según enmendada, para que se lea como sigue: "Artículo 75.-Traficantes al detalle en bebidas alcohólicas Cualquier persona que interese se le expida una licencia de traficante al detalle radicará con el Secretario la correspondiente petición y cumplirá con los requisitos que dicho funcionario le exija. Entre otros requisitos, se le requerirá evidencia de haber satisfecho el pago de la patente municipal que impone la Sección 5 de la Ley Núm. 113, aprobada el 10 de julio de 1974, según enmendada, Ley de Patentes Municipales, o evidencia de que el pago de la misma ha sido prorrogado, o el certificado o patente provisional extendido por el Tesorero Municipal a la persona que comenzare cualquier industria o negocio. Las licencias de traficantes al detalle se expedirán anualmente y se obtendrán para cada negocio, sitioo establecimiento comercial. Por cada licencia se pagarán los derechos que se especifican en el Artículo 12 de esta ley. Dichas licencias serán de las siguientes categorías:

"Sección 2.-Está ley comenzara a regir inmediatamente después de su aprobación.

To amend Section 75 of Act No. 143, approved on June 30, 1969 as amended, known as the "Alcoholic Beverages Act of Puerto Rico", in order to require all retail dealers of alcoholic beverages to show the Secretary of the Treasury evidence of having paid the municipal license tax required by Act No. 113, approved on July 10, 1974, as amended, the Municipal License Tax Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO:
Section 1.- Section 75 of Act No. 143, approved on June 30, 1969, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 75.- Retail Dealers in Alcoholic Beverages. Every person interested in a retail dealer's license shall present to the Secretary the corresponding petition, and shall meet the requirements established by said official. Among other requirements, he shall be requested to show evidence that he has paid the municipal license tax imposed by Section 5 of Act No. 113, approved on July10, 1974, as amended, the Municipal License Tax Act, or evidence that said payment has been extended, or the provisional certificate/ or license issued by the Municipal Treasurer to the
person initiating any industry or business. The retail dealer's licenses shall be issued annually, and shall be obtained for each business, location or commercial establishment. For each license there shall be paid the fees specified in Section 12 of this Act. Said licenses shall be of the following categories:
