Resumen
Esta ley enmienda el Artículo 37.090 del Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico (Ley Núm. 77 de 1957) para eliminar el periodo de vigencia del capítulo que creó la Asociación de Suscripción Conjunta de Seguros de Incendio y Líneas Aliadas, haciendo permanentes sus disposiciones.

LEY
Para enmendar el Artículo 37.090 de la Ley Núm. 77 de 19 de junio de 1957, según enmendada, conocida como "Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico", para eliminar el periodo de vigencia de dicho capítulo, el cual crea la Asociación de Suscripción Conjunta de Seguros de Incendio y Líneas Aliadas.
Decrétase por la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico:
Sección 1.- Se enmienda el Artículo 37.090 de la Ley Núm. 77 de 19 de junio de 1957, según enmendada, para que se lea como sigue: "Artículo 37.090. Las disposiciones de este capítulo regirán inmediatamente después de su aprobación."
Sección 2.- Esta ley empezará a regir inmediatamente después de su aprobación.

To amend Section 37.090 of Act No. 77 of June 19, 1957 as amended, known as the Insurance Code of Puerto Rico, to eliminate the effective period of said chapter, which creates the Joint Underwriting Association for Fire and Allied Lines Insurance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF PUERTO RICO: Section 1.- Section 37.090 of Act No. 77 of June 19, 1957 as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 37.090 . The provisions of this chapter shall take effect immediately after their approval."
Section 2.- This Act shall take effect immediately after its approval.
